Recruitment & labour hire, explained.
What’s the difference between recruitment and labour hire?
Recruitment is permanent placement — we find a tradie and you employ them directly for a one-off fee. Labour hire is on-hired workers who stay on our books while they work your site; we handle their pay, super and workers’ comp.
How much does permanent recruitment cost?
Our placement fee is 15% of the candidate’s first-year base salary, with a $6,000 ex GST minimum. It’s staged 40/60 on 7-day terms, and every placement carries a 12-week replace-free guarantee.
How quickly can you supply labour?
For most trades we can have site-ready workers to you within a few days, and often faster for general labour. Tell us the role and timeframe and we’ll be straight with you about what’s achievable.
Are your workers insured and compliant?
Yes. Labour-hire workers are covered by our payroll, superannuation and workers’ compensation, and White Cards and trade tickets are verified before anyone steps on site.
What’s your cancellation policy for labour hire?
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice incur a 4-hour minimum charge, as the worker has committed to the shift.
Do you place trades outside Sydney?
Our base is Sydney and greater NSW. For permanent recruitment we can source nationally, and our roadmap extends to corporate and FIFO/resources roles — get in touch and we’ll tell you if we can help.
