Workers commit to the shifts you book. So you always know where you stand, our policy is simple and stated up front.
Less than 24 hours notice = 4-hour minimum charge.
When a worker has committed to a shift, a cancellation inside that window means a 4-hour minimum charge. Give us as much notice as you can and we’ll always work with you.
